Strategically located in the heart of the industrial area of Kent, Washington, our facility is the superior choice for your company's warehousing needs. Our Kent terminal is located at 7123 S. -- 188th St., which is off 72nd and West Valley Highway.
We operate within a cross dock facility with an opportunity to lease out 5700 square feet of office and dock space.
This opportunity includes the sole use of a cross dock consisting of nine dock level doors in addition to a common ramp and five exclusive offices. There is extra parking for limited trailers or straight trucks.
Whether your needs are for short term or long term warehousing, we will provide you with a customized warehousing solution. This space is available immediately for lease either by month-to-month or yearly agreement.

CSA, FAST, PIP, C-TPAT Programs

Concord Transportation Inc. is pleased to announce that we are a fully approved, certified partner of the CSA (Customs Self Assessment), FAST (Free And Secure Trade), PIP (Partners in Protection), and C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) Programs registered with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security and the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.

By joining these programs, Concord Transportation is aiming to ensure quick and problem-free border crossings. Through an in depth look at our business practices and procedures, we have demonstrated to Customs that we are a low risk, reliable and Customs compliant carrier. Concord is proud to contribute to border security and to the continued free flow of international trade.

Glossary of Trade Acronyms

Below is a helpful glossary of trade acronyms that will allow you to become more familiar with each of the Customs programs Concord is involved in.

CSA – Customs Self Assessment
* A Canadian program that offers approved importers the benefits of streamlined accounting and payment process for imported goods.
* A Canadian program that offers approved importers a streamlined clearance option for CSA eligible goods when an approved carrier and registered driver are involved.

FAST – Free And Secure Trade
* A joint initiative between Canada and the U.S. developed to promote safety and security at the border.
* Freight for approved companies, shipped by approved carriers using registered drivers, will be cleared into Canada and the U.S. with greater speed, assurance and efficiency.

PIP – Partners in Protection
* A Canadian program developed to encourage co-operation of the private industry for the purpose of enhancing border security, fighting organized crime and terrorism, suppressing contraband smuggling, and increasing awareness of Customs compliance issues.

C-TPAT – Customs – Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
* A U.S. program designed to combat terrorism by encouraging businesses to review their supply chain and implement practices to enhance security.

ACE - Automated Commercial Environment
A US CBP (Customs Border Protection) initiative - represents the next generation of technology designed to enhance national border security and expedite lawful trade. It automates and consolidates border processing from Canada to the USA. The ACE Secure Data Portal is a customized web-based system that connects CBP, the trade community and participating government agencies in one centralized, on-line access point. Concord goes one step further and transmits all ACE shipments through EDI to CBP thus ensuring accuracy of data and timely clearance information which is sent back to our main application.

Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP)

Our cross border drivers are recognized by the CDRP. They carry a bar-coded photo ID indicating their CDRP status.

The 3rd authorized party to ensure a quick problem free border crossing is the Importer.
